Building plot of 775 m² with permission to build a chalet, situated on beautiful location in La Tzoumaz ( Mayens de Riddes ) with nice view on the Alps and the Rhone-valley.

Plans and building permit are available to construct a chalet with 185 m² of living space. The construction costs for this chalet are estimated at about 650.000 Swiss francs ( plot not included ). The building plan can be modified by the buyer (although a new building permit must be requested). Unlocking the plot, by constructing a road, is currently in progres. The costs will be payed by the current owner.

La Tzoumaz has a direct connection to (and is part of) the ski area " Domaine des 4 Vallées," with world famous skiresorts like :Verbier – Veysonnaz – Les collons – Nendaz , etc. ...with over 400 km. ski slopes. The plot is located within walking distance of the village of La Tzoumaz (with shops and restaurants), and the ski lift. On the two plots sideways (see sketch) the construction of 2 chalets will be started in 2012 .
The bus stop is at 200 meters. During the ski season every 15 minutes there is a free shuttle.

In the summer, La Tzoumaz has many possibilities. The télécabine is operation in the summer for hikers and mountain bikers. There is also a direct road over the mountain (15 minutes) to Verbier.
In La Tzoumaz are several letting agencies wich makes it a lot easier to make a good return on your investment.
